We do not assume any liability for personal injuries or property damage caused by the participation or conduct of a class.

Consultation and entrance test
Since personal coaching and tutoring classes are based on the students needs an entrance test must be taken in the first class. If you wish to take part in a group course please consult with us first. We are happy to advise you.

Cancellation of courses or tutoring classes
By the organizer:
The organizer has the right to cancel courses due to lack of registrations or other reasons (i.e. due to tutor illness), in rare cases this also applies to tutoring or private coaching up to the day of the lesson. In this case, the participants will receive full reimbursement.

By the Participant:
Cancellations for tutoring or private coaching will be accepted personally or by phone and must be received 24 hours prior to the lesson. In this case no cancellation fees will be charged. If Cancellation is made after this deadline the full price will be charged.
Booked group courses can be cancelled without any charge up to 1 week before the course starting date. After this deadline the participant is not entitled to a refund, however, if a request is made the management may decide to refund the full price or part of it.

Misprints and Alterations to the Program
The program is subject to alterations or misprints.

Prices
Prices are fixed for every course and are available on request. They are valid until the beginning of the new school year. Fees for private classes have to be paid in advance. For reduced tickets for 10 lessons, intensive or holiday courses the entire course fees have to be paid in advance. For courses that take several months, however, it is possible to pay monthly rates.

Form of payment
For private coaching we accept only cash. For any other course the money may be transferred to the company's account. The money has to be in the account before the course starts. Please make sure to bring confirmation of payment to the first class.

Reimbursement and compensation
In case of a course annulment the participant is entitled to a full reimbursement. The price of the course will not be reduced in case of a delayed registration. Missed classes will not be reimbursed, however the management can make exceptions.

Place
All courses take place on the premises on Mariahilfer Straße 112/1/9. In case of any changes the participants will be informed in good time.

Confirmation
If requested a confirmation of participation can be issued.

Costs for Textbooks Resources
There are no additional costs for private tutoring since we use the students' books and occasionally copies, which we pay for. There are also no additional costs for special courses, since we will provide a set of copies. For personal coaching or group courses, however, a textbook will be needed, which we will provide after consulting with the participants. These costs are not included in the course price.

Minimum attendance
We offer private lessons and courses for small and regular groups. Regular groups must consist of a minimum of 5 students.

Attendance Authorisation
Paying the course fees in advance authorises the participant to attend the classes. Participants who did not pay the course fees by bank transaction or in cash will be excluded from the course.

Length of teaching unit
One teaching unit takes 60 minutes, unless otherwise stated.

House rules
•Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
•It is not allowed to bring any animals.
•Students can be expelled from class for one day because of unacceptable behaviour, without reimbursement.
•Property of others has to be treated with care. In case of any damages parents are held liable for their children.
